World of Warcraft Game: Winner Strategy
World of Warcraft, a MMORPG with millions of players online, how to have a winning strategy?
First, you must know your class. If you are decided to go into either a Player vs Player or Player vs Environment realm you always have to watch your back. This is especially true in a PvP realm because players will not act like your average NPC or boss. They’ll use all their abilities just to try and thwart you. That means you must know how to quickly maneuver your character, use the terrain to your advantage and the abilities your character has.
Stunning capabilities, silences, they all come in handy in a heated battle. Paladin protective bubbles, mages who blink and iceblock to Priests and Warlocks who fear those around them, all can buy you some time if you are waiting for your cool downs to refresh. Or you just need more time for your damaging over time effects to take down your opponent.
There has always been the debate of well geared vs a skillful players. Who is the top dog? A person who is skillful and also has the best gear has thrown themselves into the dreaded category of deadly. Even if you don’t have the best gear, if you refine your game play, you can amaze many and survive impossible odds. Precision of when to use cool downs of trinkets, racial abilities and working with bonuses that proc, all these can lend an edge to whomever or whatever you are fighting.
Normally with maxing out professions you can reap extra benefits. Jewel crafting trinkets, blacks mithing and enchanting which give extra socket bonuses, and tailor, inscriptioning and leather working add to enhancements for your gear. Keep an eye out about which cool downs work in conjunction with other cool downs. If you have two trinkets equipped and both share a cool down, you are sacrificing one for the other.
Never underestimate a good sidekick, either. If you’ve perfected your skill and your gear, having a healer in tow or tank to take the punches, is always a good strategic move. Know your terrain in boss fights and what phases they do so you can prepare accordingly. Case in point: never bring a frost mage into a fight against a Frost Lord. Chances are it’s a bad mix.
Knowledge is power, and with the right gear you can WoW the odds in your favor.
